East Croydon to London Commuter Cycle Route Profile
This circuit follows the train line from East Croydon through to London Victoria and in its entirety is 12 miles long.
This route travels though Tooting Bec Common & Clapham Common and minimises main roads where possible. This route can be cycled on all types of bikes. Along the way this cycle route takes you past or near the following stations:
| Train Station | Zone |
| East Croydon | Zone 5 |
| West Croydon | Zone 5 |
| Thornton Heath | Zone 4 |
| Norbury | Zone 3 |
| Streatham Common | Zone 3 |
| Queenstown Road (Battersea) | Zone 2 |
| Battersea Park | Zone 2 |
| Victoria | Zone 1 |
| Before taking your bike on a train, please make sure you adhere to the train operators’ rules. | |
This route can be joined at any point, so if you’re looking to cycle into London, reduce your fares by skipping a zone or just cycle to any of these locations en route, then this maybe perfect for you. Because it can be joined at any point, no cycle difficulty rating is included.
Please note that this cycle route goes through a number of parks. Therefore these parks will be subject to the parks opening hours (please click here to see approximate opening times).
Following a Market research project we recently carried out, we have re-designed the format of our cycle circuits. This is the first such route to be produced in this way. Click here to see a new format example circuit.
